This application preferred by the Insurance Company for condonation of 28 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 13th December, 2011 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Mumbai in MACP No.1563 of 1998. 3.

Though the Respondents are duly served no one has filed their reply to oppose the present Civil Application. 1/2
