1] By a reasoned Order dated 6 th September 2017 the applicant was granted interim relief with a direction to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and to join the process of investigation. 2] Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and had joined the process of investigation. It appears from the record that the applicant himself has tendered all the relevant and necessary documents to the police for the purpose of investigation. After 1/2

aba.1287-2017.doc the applicant has realised that the said commencement certificate which was procured by his earlier partner Shri Mansuklal Desai is a forged document, the applicant has taken prompt steps to cancel the agreement for sale and has refunded the amount and has also resigned as a partner of M/s Rajlakshmi Developers.

3] In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 6 th September 2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.
