Mr. Warunjikar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that after filing of the present Public Interest Litigation the Government has cancelled the G.R. dated 24 March 2022 and 24 May 2022 assailed in the present Public Interest Litigation.

In the light of that the relief claimed by the Petitioner does not survive.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Committee has been constituted under G.R. dated 14 December 2022 to consider how the land would be used. The employees of

2 / 2 37-PIL-96-2022.doc the Government diary have been transferred to Aarey colony and they are sitting idle and the machinery is still at Worli. Learned counsel submits that the Petitioner will move a representation to the Committee constituted under G.R. dated 14 December 2022.

The Petitioner may make a representation to the Committee. The Committee may consider the representation filed by the Petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with the law and policies.

With the above said observation the Public Interest Litigation is disposed of.
