Learned counsel Ms.Anu C. Kaladharan for the Petitioner and learned counsel Mr.Paras M. Tilak for the Respondent inform this court that the proceedings pending before the Family Court, Thane, in Petition No.D-16 of 2016 filed by the wife seeking custody of the child, in which the impugned order below Ex.21 dated 28th June 2017, came to be passed, itself are withdrawn. In view of the aforesaid development, both the counsels submit that the present Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous and request the same to be disposed off. The statement made by the learned counsels is accepted and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
