The original Accused has preferred the interim application and contended that original complainant has been delaying the proceedings. He has no locus to intervene in the proceedings. He has filed an application for changing APP and transferring the proceedings.

It is relevant to note that vide order dated 9th June, 2022 the trial was expedited with request to the trial Court to complete the trial within nine months. In these circumstances, the trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously within a period of six months from the date of this order. This order may be communicated with the trial Court immediately. 3.
