The applicants were granted bail in appeal vide order dated 4.5.2022 passed in Interim Application No.1183/2019 in Criminal Appeal No.1537/2019. The applicants were directed to be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two Deshmane(PS)

sureties in the like amount. By clause (iii), the applicants were permitted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for eight weeks in lieu of sureties. The applicants could not furnish the sureties within that period and, therefore, this application is filed praying for extension of eight weeks' to enable the applicants to furnish the sureties.

Heard Shri Deepak Gautam, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Yogesh Dabke, learned APP for respondent No.1-State and Ms. Neha Maru, learned counsel for respondent No.2-CBI.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants are senior citizens and they needed some more time to procure the sureties. He submits that the sureties are now available and the application for acceptance of sureties is already filed, however, since the period had expired, the sureties are not being accepted. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for such extension.

Considering the statement and the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, time to furnish the sureties is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. Rest of the conditions in the order dated 4.5.2022 passed in Interim Application No.1183/2019 in Criminal Appeal No.1537/2019 are maintained as they are. 6.
