This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent no.1 to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 9.12.2013. The said complaint is annexed at Exhibit A to the petition. Perusal of the same shows that the petitioner has not approached the police station. It is noticed that his Advocate has approached to the Senior Inspector of Police, Santa Cruz Police pps

Learned APP Mrs. Mhatre states that in the event the petitioner approaches the said police station, his statement would be recorded and if same discloses an cognizable offence, FIR would be registered. 4.
