This application is moved for relaxation/modification of condition of order dated 11.11.2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.2005 of 2014, directing the applicant, after his release, to stay outside his village Mhasurne, Taluka Khatav. The learned Counsel submitted that the applicant/accused was released on bail within a fortnight after the order dated 11.11.2014. Since then, he has not entered the village Mhasurne, as per the Court order and he is staying in Satara with his daughter and son-in-law.

Learned Prosecutor is present and submits to the order of this Court.

Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the applicant so also as more than two years have elapsed, the condition of not entering the village Mhasurne, Taluka Khatav, District Satara in the order dated 11.11.2014, is hereby relaxed. 4.
