The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that a departmental enquiry was initiated against the Petitioner in the year 2006 and the charges were levelled against the Petitioner. He submits that the Petitioner is presently working with the Divisional Commissioner (revenue)-Respondent No.2.

We direct the Respondent No.2 to complete the enquiry initiated and pending against the Petitioner, if any, within 3 months on its own merits from the date of receipt of this order. The Petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the Respondent Nos.2 and 3.
