P.C. :- The Review Petitioners have sought review of the order dated 28 June 2016 passed in Second Appeal No.436 of 2016. 2.

By order under Review, the Second Appeal challenging the order passed by the District Court was dismissed. The

906 RPS 6-19 in SA 436-16.doc proceeding arose from a civil suit filed for injunction by the Appellants - Review Petitioners. While dismissing the Second Appeal it was opined that whether Appellants are in possession of the suit property was a question of fact and that there was no perversity of assessment of evidence by the District Court. By change of advocate an attempt is made for another round of hearing. None of the grounds raised fall within the ambit of review jurisdiction. Review Petition is accordingly rejected. (N.M.
