The Petitioner has approached this Court with the prayer for directions to the Divisional Commissioner at Pune, for deciding the Petitioner'

s Appeal u/s 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act. Another prayer was for staying of the externment order dated 21/04/2019 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Pune Rural, District Pune.

The record of this Petition does not show that stay was granted to the operation of the externment order. The Petitioner was externed out of Taluka Khed, Maval, Ambegaon, Haveli of Pune District for a period of six months. Since there was no stay operating against the externment order, the period of six months mentioned in that order is already over. Nothing further survives in this Petition. It has become infructuous and therefore it is disposed of as such.
