Mr. Anturkar learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, states that the petitioner would make fresh application for recording name of the petitioner in the mutation entry for the same cause of action within one week from today. The statement is accepted.

If any such application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondent No.2 within twelve weeks from the date of submission of the application by the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law. The order 1 / 2 Deshmane(PS)

8.wp-1313-22.odt that would be passed by the respondent No.2 shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of passing of the order. If said application is allowed, the consequential relief shall be granted to the petitioner by the respondent No.2 within two weeks from the date of passing of the order and if the order is adverse against the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings permissible in law.
