By this application, the applicants pray that the order dated 28th March 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl.-II) be set aside and seek condonation of delay of 66 days in filing the civil application. The applicants also seek four weeks' time to remove office objections. 3.

Four weeks' time to remove office objections is granted. Delay in filing the civil application for restoration is explained in civil application. Reasons recorded in the civil application are accepted. Delay is condoned. The order dated 28th March 2019 passed by the

ppn 2 506.cao-376.19.doc learned Registrar (Judl.-II) is set aside on the condition that the applicants remove all office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. If the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, the order condoning the delay to stand vacated and the order dated 28th March 2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judl.-II) to stand restored without further reference to the Court.
