In a matrimonial discord, parties are litigating before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai in Petition No. B-30 of 2021, in which the order of injunction passed at the behest of Respondent-wife and rejection of prayer for certain directions as prayed by the Petitionerhusband are questioned in this petition.

Pursuant to the intervention of this Court, mediation undertaken was successful as the parties have tendered Consent Terms before this Court.

It is further agreed between the parties that duly signed Consent Terms will be presented before the Family Court in pending proceedings for passing appropriate orders on annulment of marriage, custody and other issues.

In view of above developments, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 6.

The Petition accordingly stands disposed of with liberty to the parties to approach the Family Court for disposal of the proceedings in accordance with the Consent Terms.

This Court appreciates the efforts made by learned APP, Mrs. Rutuja Ambekar while acting as a Mediator.

It is expected of the Family Court to deal with and pass appropriate orders in accordance with Consent Terms, once the parties join with the Family Court.
