The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Regional Transport Authority takes a decision with regard to allotment of parking place and the place of taxi and auto rickshaw stand. Many a times representations have been given but no decision is taken. 2.

The Petitioner may file a fresh comprehensive representation to the Competent Authority empowered to take decision with regard to the taxi and auto-rickshaw stand. In case such a representation is filed by the 1/2

07-WP-9516-2022.doc Petitioners then the Competent Authority shall take decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
