Merely because an order dated 03.06.2016 has been passed by the Labour Court in the Recovery Application (ULP) No. 18 of 2012 whereby Recovery Certifcate in an amount of Rs.12,37,200/- is directed to be issued (which order has been challenged by the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 4241 of 2017 which is pending) would not be a ground to seek modifcation of the order dated 17th September, 2013 by which order the above Petition was admitted and interim reliefs granted. 2.

The Civil Application is dismissed.
