DATED : 10th AUGUST 2022 P.C:- By the present application, the transit Anticipatory Bail is sought in C.R.No. 161/2021 registered with Begumpeth police station on 18/11/2021. The said C.R invoke Sections 498A, 406, 506 IPC read with Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Since the applicants had enough time to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction, the FIR being registered in the month of November 2021, the relief sought cannot be granted. Application is dismissed.
