The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in contempt petition filed by the petitioner. By the said order the Central Administrative Tribunal was pleased to dismiss the contempt petition. It is an admitted position that the appeal or writ petition against the order of dismissal of contempt petition is not maintainable. Apart from that, perusal of the order indicates that the Tribunal after going through record, has come to the conclusion that the substantial compliance was made and, therefore, it had held that no contempt was committed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that apart from setting aside of the dismissal of contempt petition, the petitioner is 1/2

Reserving the right of the petitioner to agitate his right before the appropriate forum by filing a separate petition, this petition is disposed of.
