The application has been moved for transfer of Sessions Case No. 1280/2019 from the Presiding Officer of Court Room No. 34 to any other Court of competent jurisdiction at City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai.

Perused the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge. It has specifically been observed that the applicant herein had a grievance against the judicial order passed by the Presiding Officer, from whose Court, the file is sought to be transferred. This Court is in agreement with the reasons given by the learned Sessions Judge for refusal to transfer the said proceeding. No other ground is urged.

In view of the same, the Court is not even inclined to issue notice. Hence the application stands dismissed and disposed of. (R. G. AVACHAT, J.)
