After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the applications. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The applications are dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel submits that the applicant would surrender before the concerned Magistrate on/or before 13th August
