The parties have settled the disputes and have filed Consent Terms dated 12.06.2018. The Consent Terms record that sum of Rs.6,00,000/- has to be paid by the Respondent husband to the Appellant wife, as more particularly set out in the Consent Terms. Consent Terms further interalia record that ornaments mentioned therein has been handed over by the Respondent husband to the Appellant wife in court today. 901 fca198-16withcam306-16.doc signed by the son of the Appellant and Respondent namely Raj. All the parties entered the witness box and admitted the contents of these Consent Terms as well as the execution thereof. The Consent Terms are entered into with the free will of all the parties, who are signatory to the same. Consent Terms dated 12.06.2018 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Family Court Appeal No.198 of 2016 is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. Consent Terms shall form part and parcel of the decree. No order as to costs. In view of the disposal of the Family Court Appeal, Civil Application No.306 of 2016 does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.

Parties are at liberty to apply to this court in case of any difficulty in execution of these Consent Terms.
