The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh proposal in respect of the development permission of the subject plot. The learned counsel submits that the impugned decision taken by the Corporation is unreasoned one.

We observe that in case the petitioners submit fresh proposal in

15-wp-7601-18.doc respect of the development permission of the subject plot within two weeks, the Corporation would deal with the same strictly in accordance with the record and provisions of law, guidelines etc. in that regard, without being influenced by the decision taken earlier. 3.
