P.C.:- By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks the vacation of the stay granted by this Court on 12.12.2007 in Writ Petition No. 6621 of 2007. In the alternative, the Applicant seeks early hearing of the Petition. The first prayer made by the Applicant cannot be granted. The stay is operating in favour of the Petitioner, non-Applicant for more than seven years. However, the alternate prayer needs to be granted. The Writ Petition may be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 1.3.2015.
