This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent nos.1 & 2 to register an offence on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 28.7.2015 as well as earlier complaints.

Mr.Merchant learned Advocate for the petitioner states that after receipt of the notice of this petition, the investigating officer at Dayghar Police station registered the FIR bearing No.I-208/2015. In view of the statement, grievance of the petitioner no more survives. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
