Petitioner No.2 and Respondent No.2 are present with their respective Advocates. They state that the dispute is amicably settled between the parties and possession of the flat is already made over to the Respondent No.2.

Respondent No.2 has filed an Affidavit stating that he has received peaceful possession of Flat No.501-A in Hills Residency. Affidavit is taken on record.

In view of the joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause [A].
