2] This petition is preferred by the petitioner for review of the order dated 6th April, 2018, passed by this Court. It is pointed out that the order passed by this Court is already challenged by Respondent No.5 Dombivali Nagari Sahakari Bank, before the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide Appeal (C) No.12875-12878 of 2018 and the Notices therein are already issued.

3] In view thereof, this Court cannot entertain the Review Petition as the Hon'ble Supreme Court is seized of the matter. 4] Review Petition, therefore, stands dismissed on this sole ground.
