The learned counsel submits that after filing of this application for modification of condition to attend the police station by the applicants-accused on every Saturday, the charge-sheet is filed and therefore, the condition is to be relaxed. The learned prosecutor confirms that the charge-sheet is filed. In such circumstances the condition does not survive.

In view of above, Criminal Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
