By an order dated 14/02/2022, with respect to the co-accused, this Court had recorded that it is expected that the trial is concluded as early as possible. The matter was then proceeded for recording evidence. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the charge has been framed and the matter is posted for evidence on 22/02/2022. There are 8-10 witnesses to be examined. I am conscious about the pendency before the trial Court. However, considering that this Court had already observed that it is expected that the trial is concluded as early as possible,
