Mr. Carlos, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, restricts this petition to the relief claimed in prayer clause (a). Prayer clause (a) reads as follows:
"(a) This Hon'ble Court may issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and be pleased to call for the record and proceedings in Revision Application 1173 of 2016 and after examining the legality and validity of the same, be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to decide the said Revision Application No.1173 of 2016 within 30 days."

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the Minister of Co-operation heard the revision application No.1173 of 2016 and closed it for orders as long back as on 28th February, 2017, final orders are not yet passed.

In the light of the above, we deem it convenient to dispose off this petition by directing the Minister of Co-operation to dispose off the said revision application No.1173 of 2016 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
