The Interim Application is preferred for speaking to minutes of order dated 4th August 2021 passed by co-ordinate Bench (Smt.Anuja Prabhudessai, J.). Learned advocate for applicant submit that name of the applicant is Dharamveer Birendra Singh. However, the order refers to the name of applicant as Dharamveer V. Singh. The charge sheet also shows the name of applicant as Dharamveer Birendra Singh. This fact is not disputed by learned APP. Apparently in the application for bail the applicant'

s name was mentioned as Dharamveer Virendra Singh. Thus, requisite corrections are required to be carried out in the application for bail.

Hence, the applicant is permitted to carry out correction in the cause of title of Bail Application No.837 of 2019. Amendment be carried out forthwith. Accordingly cause title of order dated 4th August 2021 in respect to name of applicant be corrected as Dharamveer Birendra Singh and corrected order be uploaded again.
