Heard Ms. Aditi Naikare, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.H. Kankal, learned A.G.P. for respondents No.14 to 17-State, at length. 2.

This Petition takes exception to the order dated 5.5.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation in Appeal No.APP-2018/CASE NO.366/15-S. Mr.Kankal has tendered a photo-copy of the order dated 31.7.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, Marketing and Textile disposing of the appeal finally. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. He, therefore, submits that the petition challenging said order is rendered infructuous.

In view thereof as by order dated 31.7.2018 the appeal itself is disposed of finally, this Petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. It is made clear that I have not examined the merits of the order dated 31.7.2018. Order accordingly.
