Mrs. Shinde, learned AGP for the State, states that six weeks time may be granted to the respondents for allotment of the plot and to hand over possession thereof.

Mr. Deokar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that plot will be identified by the petitioner which according to the petitioner is available and can be allotted to the petitioners. 3.

It is made clear that six weeks time is granted to the respondents to comply with the order from the date the petitioner identified the land. The respondent shall consider said land and allot such land subject to availability and eligibility.

Contempt Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.

Place the matter on board for reporting 'Compliance' after six weeks.
