For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, delay of 40 days is condoned. 2] The learned counsel for the Respondent-tenant has submitted that no sufficient cause has been shown for the delay. However, on perusing the averments in the Civil Application, delay of 40 days has been sufficiently explained. Hence, Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
