We record the statement of learned Counsel for the RespondentBank, on instruction from Mr. Aughadrao Suresh Shyamrao, that for a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent-Bank shall not take further steps in respect of plot of land situated at Survey No. 22 Hissa No. 21 at village Dhairy, Taluka Haweli, District Pune.

We make it clear that the DRT would be free to pass orders as it deems appropriate.
