a) One week time is granted from today to the applicant to file their rejoinder in Notice of Motion No.18 of 2015.

b) Liberty granted to the respondent nos.4 and 5 to file their Affidavit-in-Reply if any In the said motion within one week from today and serve copy on the other side.

c) All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
