P.C.:- Record indicates that Mr. V. Y. Sanglikar, learned Advocate on record for the Petitioner has long back returned the papers of the present Petition to the Petitioner. The said fact has been recorded in the order dated 10th August 2019. In pursuance of Order dated 10th October 2019, Mr. Sanglikar today produced on record his letter dated 11th September 2019 addressed to the Petitioner indicating the fact that, he has already returned the papers to her. The said letter was dispatched by the speed post to the Petitioner. Photo copy of the acknowledgment of receipt of the letter dated 18th September 2019 is placed on record. It appears that the Petitioner has not appointed any other Advocate to represent her till today.

Present Board is published on 27th November 2021 on the High Court Website. Today, when the matter is called out for final hearing, 1/2
