DATE : JULY 13, 2018 P.C.:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner for caste validity certificate is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee i.e. second respondent since 2011. He submits that the employer of the petitioner i.e. the third respondent is bent upon terminating the petitioner's services for want of filing the caste validity certificate. 2.

Having regard to the fact that the caste validity

We dispose of this petition by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's caste validity claim as expeditiously as possible, but in any case not later than four months from the date of appearing of the petitioner before the Committee.

Till the caste validity claim of the petitioner is decided, no coercive steps shall be taken by the third respondent for non submission of caste validity certificate by the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner to appear before the Caste Scrutiny Committee on August 21, 2018 at 11.00 a.m.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
