On the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, we permit deletion of the name of the second Respondent. The learned AGP appearing for the Respondents, on instructions of Shri Madhukor Giri, Assistant Rationing Officer in the office of the Controller of Rationing, Churchgate states that inventory of the seized goods shall be made in presence of the authorised representative of the first Petitioner and after duly authorised representative of the first Petitioner executes a Bond (Supratnama) in the prescribed form, the premises of the first Petitioner shall be unsealed and the first Petitioner shall be put in possession thereof. By accepting
wp-7757.15.doc the aforesaid statements, we dispose of the Petition. We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the legality and validity of seizure of the goods. It is for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy in that behalf.
