Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners, we are of the considered view that the Petitioners being Government employees have alternate and efficacious remedy to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for redressal of their grievances by filing the Original Application. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this Petition. 2.

The Petition is therefore dismissed.
