The appellants are the original defendants, who are aggrieved by the decree passed by the trial Court in the Summary Suit as filed by the respondent. That suit has been decreed and the

The learned Counsel for the parties jointly state that the dispute amongst them has been settled. They have filed the consent terms dated 18th July, 2018. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The respective parties are also present and they are identified by their learned Counsel. 3.
