By the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction against the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in Annexure II and declare her eligible for permanent alternate accommodation. The petitioner has also sought direction against the respondents to decide the application filed by the petitioner on 26.3.2018 as early as possible.

In view thereof, the respondent No.2 i.e., the Deputy Collector and Competent Authority (E & R), the Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Mumbai, is directed to decide the application filed by the

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
