The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Appellants, on instructions, withdrawing the present Letters Patent Appeal Nos. 251 of 2005, 252 of 2005 and 253 of 2005. The other side has no objection for the same.

Accordingly, these three Letters Patent Appeals are disposed of, as withdrawn. In view of this, all Civil Applications filed in LPAs are also disposed of. No costs.
