Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned APP, on instructions, submits that in all 25 witnesses are proposed to be examined by the prosecution. The witness summons have been issued. On 3 rd October, 2022 a witness was present. However, the trial stood adjourned at the request of the Counsel for the accused. The trial is now posted on 20th October, 2022. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail in the event the trial is not completed within a reasonable period.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.

Application stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned Sessions Judge seized with Session Case No.272 of 2018 is SSP Corrected order as per Speaking to the Minutes dated 21 st October, 2022 1/2

25 ba 2303 of 2022-2.doc requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within six months from the date the Sessions Case is fixed for trial.

The accused shall render necessary co-operation in expeditious hearing of the trial and shall not seek adjournment.
