The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits on instructions that since the subject structures have been demolished, now Petitioners would be required to file a fresh Petition seeking different nature of relief and, therefore, he seeks leave of the Court, as per the instructions received by him, to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition upon a fresh cause of action. Leave to file fresh Petition, is granted.
