After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no. 8 to decide the petitioner's revision application as also the stay application filed before it as expeditiously as possible. He submits that the revision application has been filed challenging the order dated 1.1.2016 but till date, neither the stay
p10-wp-9027.2016.sxw application nor the revision application has been considered and decided.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no. 8 to decide the petitioner's stay application filed in the aforesaid revision application as expeditiously as possible but not latter than two weeks from the date of appearance of the parties before the said Authority. Parties to appear before respondent no. 8 on 1.3.2017 as we are informed by the learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4, 6 and 7 that the matter is already fixed for hearing tomorrow. Learned counsel for the parties undertake that they will not seek adjournment in the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to give copy of the revision application as also the copy of the stay application in the said revision application to the learned counsel appearing for all the respondents during the course of the day. 5.
It is also open for the respondent no. 8 to decide the revision application itself as expeditiously a5s possible. 6.
