Learned Counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court seeking implementation of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 24/08/2016. 2.

It is submitted that in the said order, the respondent - Zilla Parishad has assured the Court that claim of the petitioner shall be considered within the stipulated period. 1/2

The issue with regard to finalisation of the seniority list is concerned, the learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad states that the seniority list of the teachers will be finalised and as soon as the seniority list is finalised, the petitioner's claim would be considered in accordance with the placement in the seniority list.

She further states that the said exercise would be concluded within 3 weeks from today.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by taking on record the statement made by Zilla Parishad.
