The interim application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Petitioner in the writ petition in pursuance of order dated 10th January 2012. The petition has been dismissed on account of failure to take steps as directed by this Court in order dated 12th June 2012. 2.

In that view of the matter, the Applicant can be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with the accrued interest.

The interim application is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the Applicant to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with the accrued interest.
