1) This is an application through jail. Applicant is seeking enlargement on bail in crime no. 322 of 2012 registered at Kandivali Police Station. By an order dated 04/03/2015, this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) was pleased to expedite the trial. Accordingly the trial is expedited. The learned APP upon instructions and on the basis of the report submitted by the senior P.I. of Kandivali Police Station submits that trial is commenced and the Court is in the process of recording of evidence of witnesses and the next scheduled date is 18/01/2017.

2) In these circumstances, it would not be appropriate to consider the application for grant of bail.
