The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Shri. Suraj Gupte holding for Shri. S. M. Tendulkar opposes the application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Considering the fact that the delay is only of 15 days in filing the Civil Revision Application, the Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 15 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application is condoned. List the Civil Revision Application for admission after the ensuing Summer Vacation on 14.06.2017.
