b) Applicant - Plaintiff to file private private paper book within 8 weeks from today. c) If paper book is filed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Office is directed to place the First Appeals in weekly board for final hearing.

d) Civil Applications stand disposed off accordingly.

e) If paper books are not filed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Civil Applications shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
